The first meal I had in Singapore ended up becoming a meal I craved every day for the remaining two weeks. There’s *something* about the rice…it’s amazing. I would go back just to have chicken-rice again.

Chicken broth and chicken fats are used to cook the rice hence it’s so super duper fragrant and oily 🙂
